Trade Services Include:
- Lead generation, through to contract negotiation, conclusion and annual renewal with tour operator partners.
- Through our research and relationships we propose strategies for informed tactical campaigns and manage them to drive sales.
- Attendance at annual trade shows such as Caribbean Marketplace, WTM and Unite Caribbean for and with clients.
- Provision of product training to tour operator call centre sales staff, agents and other influential partners to ensure the hotel is sold accurately to the right clients.
- Regular feedback on market trends and industry intelligence through reporting and recommendations for increasing market share. This includes researching market trends and strategic approaches. We keep you informed!
- Generation and management of co-op marketing opportunities with trade partners to drive sales.
- Implementation and management of competitions and incentives for agents and tour operator sales teams.
- Assistance with generating opportunities and organisation of fam trips to the hotel, both in conjunction with partners and tourism authorities and where budgets allow, independently. As required, host the group.
- Appointment and liaison with a PR consultancy to ensure an all rounded approach to the sales and awareness efforts for the hotel.
- Communication is crucial and we will keep trade partners informed of any developments or interesting stories through our own electronic newsletter as well as individual client newsletters.
- Provide an online information source for all registered trade partners, allowing instant download of high res imagery, factsheets, special offers and past newsletters.
Consumer Marketing Services Include:
- Regular contact with public sector Tourist Boards in order to whenever possible support their consumer marketing efforts. This may include recommendations and management of consumer marketing and advertising budgets.
- Attending consumer shows and exhibitions with trade partners, providing a call to action. Shows may include Destinations, Bridal Shows and Specialist Luxury Shows.
- Work where possible with an appointed PR representative to ensure a steady flow of stories to consumers to generate interest and stimulate niche markets.
- Monitor and feedback to clients what is being said on travel related social networking sites to hear what the end users views are.
